Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and ckk22 in connection with your use of the ckk22.io website, mobile interface, application programming interfaces, and all associated services offered by the platform (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms should be read together with the ckk22 Privacy Policy and any specific bonus, promotion, or game-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ckk22 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. ckk22 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckk22 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ckk22 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ckk22 support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckk22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified:

Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. ckk22 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions. ckk22 does not apply withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a method that has been fully verified under KYC procedures.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ckk22 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform interface to represent BDT amounts. ckk22 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ckk22 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in any wager; bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Unused or un-wagered bonus funds will be automatically removed from the account upon expiry.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ckk22 takes the integrity of its promotional programme seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all active bonuses, and forfeiture of any associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or sign-up bonus more than once.
• Using a secondary account belonging to a family member or household contact to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to eliminate risk while satisfying wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage).
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place wagers for the purpose of bonus wagering.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the ckk22 platform operates according to its own individual rules as specified within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface display and the underlying game engine result, the game engine result shall prevail.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ckk22 — including live cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and the market terms displayed at the time of bet placement. ckk22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where verifiable evidence of match manipulation or corruption exists. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance; the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or wager, ckk22 will review the affected session and, where the outcome cannot be fairly determined, void the relevant round and return the staked amount to the player's account. ckk22 is not liable for losses resulting from failures in the player's own device, internet connection, or local network infrastructure.

6.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts

ckk22 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any payout where a manifestly erroneous price, odds value, or game payout has been published due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. "Manifestly erroneous" means a price or payout that no reasonable market participant would consider to represent genuine market value. ckk22 will notify affected players and return staked amounts promptly in such circumstances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any ckk22 software, game engine, or security system.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to play games or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer table games.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ckk22 staff members or other players via the support chat or any other communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Upon termination for cause, ckk22 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. ckk22 operates as a safe and reliable platform applying SSL encryption and fair play certification across all games and transactions.
